Site and Buildings

ICA Casey College is located at the corner of Pound Road and Narre-Warren - Cranbourne Road, Narre Warren South.  The school is situated on approximately eight hectares of gently undulating, grassed land, where trees line the borders of the property. The Early Learning Centre was completed in December 2006 and the Stage 1 Icon building (pictured) was completed in April 2007.

Construction of Stage 2 was completed in March 2008 and included the construction of a "Specialist Building" which provides specialist facilities for Year 7 and Year 8 studies.

ICA Casey College will be a “state of the art” schooling facility, with up to 1200 primary and secondary students enrolled by 2011. Teaching spaces will be flexible to suit both traditional and contemporary teaching and learning.  Classrooms in the preparatory and junior schools will accommodate up to 23 students while classrooms in the middle and secondary schools will accommodate up to 27 students. Pivotal to the design of each of these schools within the school will be their synergy with each other yet their acknowledgement of the intellectual and physical growth of the students through their school journey.

Central to the organisation of the college will be the location of facilities which have the potential to provide services to both the school community and the broader community.  Therefore the college’s library, canteen, bookshop and uniform shop as well as its photocopying and general office services will be as easily accessible as possible to the community.

All classrooms and other facilities will enable the use of wireless technologies, as will all outdoor learning areas.
