During the course of our short but exciting journey, the students, parents and staff of ICA Casey College have demonstrated tremendous commitment. This commitment is best evidenced in classrooms at the College each day. Seeing diligent, focused, happy students working alongside confident and skilled teachers is an everyday occurrence at ICA Casey College.

We are all rightly proud of our many achievements in the short time since ICA Casey College’s establishment. We are proud that our students respond to our high expectations. We are proud that our students are not afraid to work outside their comfort zones. We are proud of the warm and supportive relationships that characterise our community. Safety, respect and learning continue to be non--negotiable aspects of every ICA Casey student's college life. This ensures that our students develop healthy, positive and respectful relationships with their peers and their teachers on a daily basis.

We are grateful for the support we receive from our parents – this makes an inordinate difference to our students’ achievements. Parents have played key roles in assisting the College to provide comprehensive, full-service curricular and co-curricular programs. These programs form the basis for each child to achieve their personal best academically, socially, emotionally and physically.

We are proud of the significant and effective cognitive work that our teachers do to prepare focused learning opportunities for each student. Staff at ICA Casey College demonstrate their excellence in teaching and learning by being highly skilled and totally committed to the needs of the students in their care. Members of staff, working together with parents, generate the very best in learning and developmental outcomes for students each day.
