College Early Learning Centre

College Early Learning is the Early Learning Centre (ELC) located adjacent to ICA Casey College. The Centre is now open.
When fully operational, the Centre will
accommodate 90 children from 3 months of age to
5 years of age. Each of the five rooms will have a
qualified staff member and an assistant.
Staff will observe areas of child development and
these observations will be recorded to form an
individual program for each child. Our staff are
trained to identify children’s strengths and therefore
encourage children to challenge themselves in a
particular area by providing challenging activities
and experiences. Individual programs are
incorporated into the group program. The group
program will cover all areas of development,
incorporating each child’s interests and needs. The
group program is evaluated fortnightly prior to a
new program being written by a qualified staff
member.
Children will be offered breakfast, morning tea, a
hot meal for lunch and afternoon tea. For the
children collected after five o’clock a snack will also
be offered. We have a qualified chef preparing the
lunch meal for the children on a rotating cycle so
children experience a range of different foods.
For any
parents wishing to make enquiries, the centre is
open daily from 6:30am to 6:30pm. For further
information or appointments please contact the
centre on (03) 9704 6751 or elc@casey.ica.edu.au.
